Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of web/application development experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in Drupal (v9/10) and full-stack development (PHP, JavaScript/Node.js, HTML5, CSS3)
• Experience delivering web applications for government or regulated-sector clients
• Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility compliance
• Experience managing internal and subcontractor teams in remote environments
