Job Summary

Leading the University's enterprise-wide digital content strategy, the full-time remote Web Content Director will manage web content governance, editorial standards, and collaborate with various departments to enhance student recruitment and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the web content strategy across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with institutional goals
• Establish web content governance policies and editorial standards, ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of content professionals while driving innovation and continuous improvement in content operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in web content strategy or digital communications within a complex organization
• 3-5 years of leadership experience with direct supervision of teams
• Expertise in content strategy, SEO, usability, and accessibility standards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data for content improvement
