Job Summary
To support an active rebranding and website migration initiative, the remote Web Content Migration Specialist will manage the transition of web content to a newly branded digital experience over a five-week contract engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the migration and rebranding process, ensuring timely delivery of content updates
- Review, edit, and organize website copy for accuracy and alignment with the new brand
- Perform quality assurance on migrated pages and communicate project status to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with web content, website administration, or website migration projects
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and web publishing
- Experience supporting a website redesign or rebrand is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of digital content within an accelerated timeline
