A company is looking for a Web Content Ops Production Lead to manage and execute web content operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end web content production workflows, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery
• Manage and track content requests using ticketing systems, driving accountability across teams
• Perform content QA to validate accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and brand compliance prior to publication

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in content operations, digital content production, and content strategy
• Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS, including authoring, editing, and publishing
• Proven ability to manage high-volume content workflows in fast-paced environments
• Experience with project and ticketing tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Asana
• Demonstrated ability to create content wireframes and structured page plans
