Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Operations Specialist (Web).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute web content updates for live pages, including copy, images, and layout changes
• Build and update new web pages within the CMS as requested by marketing partners
• Manage and claim work through Jira tickets, ensuring timely and accurate completion

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in web content management (CMS-based environments)
• Strong comfort working in Jira to manage and execute ticketed work
• Experience collaborating with marketing partners and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working remotely and independently during EST business hours
• Current or former contractor experience is a strong plus
