Job Summary
A company is looking for a Web Content Specialist (Remote) responsible for technical support and management of client webstores.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve webstore issues, including checkout, payments, and product display
- Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with SLA targets
- Update webstore content and configurations, including product information and images
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in webstore support or ecommerce operations
- Experience with web-based platforms and content management systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk
- Previous experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms is a plus
