Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Content Specialist (Remote) responsible for technical support and management of client webstores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve webstore issues, including checkout, payments, and product display
  • Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with SLA targets
  • Update webstore content and configurations, including product information and images
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in webstore support or ecommerce operations
  • Experience with web-based platforms and content management systems
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk
  • Previous experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms is a plus
