Web Design and UX Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance vaccination campaign planning, the full-time Web Design and UX Consultant will develop user experiences and information architecture for a cloud-based geospatial microplanning platform, ensuring usability for diverse public health teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and needs assessments to identify critical tasks and barriers for platform users
• Design information architecture and interaction flows to facilitate data visualization and operational processes
• Create low- and medium-fidelity wireframes and document design specifications for the platform's development

Required qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• At least three years of experience in web design, UX/UI, and user research, ideally in public health contexts
• Proficiency in user experience design, information architecture, and prototyping tools
• Advanced Spanish or English; working knowledge of the other language is an advantage
• Experience with usability testing and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
