Job Summary

Owning the continuous improvement of the company's website, the full-time remote Web Design Operations Manager will manage stakeholder inputs, drive performance metrics, and ensure a cohesive user experience across various audiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and keep the website current as a living product
• Refine stakeholder inputs by enhancing copy, information hierarchy, and design quality
• Define and track quantitative metrics to report on website performance and improvements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in web operations, digital project management, or design production
• Strong project management skills including intake, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to execute design and copy edits to a professional standard within established guidelines
• Data fluency with experience in web analytics tools and translating data into actionable decisions
• Working knowledge of SEO, conversion optimization, and modern CMS platforms
