Job Summary

Detail-oriented and creative, the full-time Specialist Web Designer will design high-performing websites that align with brand identities and client objectives, collaborating closely with developers in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-performing websites and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and present concepts to clients for feedback
• Stay updated on web design trends and maintain N4 Studio's design quality benchmarks across all projects

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web design and branding for intermediate candidates; 5+ years for senior candidates
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with a strong portfolio showcasing web design work
• Familiarity with responsive design, UI/UX principles, and platforms like Webflow
• Experience working collaboratively on design teams and managing multiple projects
• Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code tools
