Web Designer & WordPress Producer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Web Designer & WordPress Producer will manage website design and production tasks, focusing on UX/UI and content design, while collaborating remotely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality projects for nonprofits and purposeful organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and layout websites by creating intuitive wireframes, mockups, and final page layouts in WordPress
• Build and configure websites using WordPress page builders, setting up forms, plugins, and executing routine SEO tasks
• Collaborate with clients through regular calls to gather content, provide updates, and train them on website maintenance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Professional experience with WordPress and familiarity with page builders like Beaver Builder or Elementor
• Strong understanding of web content layout best practices and design principles
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Photoshop
• Experience in content design, management, or UX/UI design
