Web Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Web Developer to join the Professional Services team, who will manage client conversations, translate business needs into technical requirements, and build and maintain eCommerce storefronts using MVT, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript while ensuring seamless integrations with external systems.
Key responsibilities
- Scope, estimate, and execute development tasks based on client requirements and service offerings
- Develop and maintain eCommerce storefronts while optimizing performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Build and support integrations between Miva stores and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience, including at least 1 year in eCommerce
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript (ES6+)
- Working experience with PHP in a web development context
- Experience with SQL-based databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Proficiency with version control systems and Git-based workflows
