Web Developer and Digital Analyst

Job Summary

Owning and maintaining the company website and marketing technology, the full-time Remote Web Developer & Digital Analyst will ensure technical stability, accurate tracking, and actionable insights across digital channels while collaborating with marketing, sales, and technology partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain site health, including speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and security
• Implement technical SEO initiatives and manage analytics and tracking systems, including GA4 and Tag Manager
• Analyze user behavior and conversion performance to recommend improvements and support paid media and email campaigns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web/Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in web analytics, website management, data analytics, or technical marketing environments
• A minimum of 3 years in a Web Analytics, Digital Analyst, or similar role
• Hands-on expertise with web analytics tools and front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience supporting paid media and email campaigns through accurate tracking validation and performance diagnostics
