Web Developer II

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Web Developer II will develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and related technologies, while managing moderately complex assignments with limited oversight and supporting junior developers in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop clean, scalable PHP code for robust web applications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by partnering with project managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and maintain applications, performing testing and supporting releases to ensure stability and functionality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3+ years of experience in web development, specifically with PHP and related technologies
• Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap
• Experience with MySQL or SQL, including the ability to write and troubleshoot queries
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and web accessibility principles
