Web Developer III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Developer III to support the development and maintenance of websites for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide web development expertise and ensure operability of electronic communication and data platforms
• Develop and maintain internet sites/pages using CDC's customized Web Content Management System (WCMS)
• Support all phases of web development, including design, development, maintenance, and compliance with accessibility guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4-7 years of experience in web development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related programming languages
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, and data-driven tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
