Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Development Manager to lead and scale the delivery of high-quality websites for small business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and support web design and development specialists for consistent quality and timely delivery
• Serve as the technical authority for WordPress website builds, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Uphold and evolve UX/UI and design standards while identifying opportunities for workflow improvement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in web design or development, with 1-2 years in a lead or management role
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, including custom themes and plugins
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and site performance optimization
• Working knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards
