Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in the industry with progressive growth in responsibility
• 4+ years of technical leadership managing teams of 6 or more engineers
• Experience with Agile frameworks and leading teams to predictable delivery
• Hands-on skills in at least one programming language: Go, C#, or TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of core web technologies and modern frontend patterns
