Web Experience Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Web Experience & Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and user experience for the university's website to support enrollment goals and enhance digital presence
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to guide web projects and improve site performance
• Utilize user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvements and ensure website accessibility and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
• Considerable knowledge of communications, marketing, and branding principles
• Working knowledge of web standards, accessibility needs, and user interface/experience design
• Experience with content management systems and web technologies
• Some experience in managing website content and leading a team
