Job Summary

Driving conversion optimization and content gating strategy, the full-time Web Experience Manager will enhance web experiences across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to improve lead generation and customer engagement in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the conversion optimization strategy for ServiceNow.com, implementing improvements across web experiences to drive lead generation
  • Define and manage the content gating strategy to balance lead capture with user-friendly access to information
  • Lead growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing customers
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or web experience management
  • Proven ability to manage conversion initiatives with measurable improvements in lead quality and quantity
  • Deep expertise in A/B testing, personalization, and full-funnel growth strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics and user behavior analysis
  • Expert-level proficiency with testing and personalization platforms, preferably Adobe Target
