Job Summary
Providing exceptional technical assistance, the full-time remote Web Hosting Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve web technology issues for customers through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email/tickets, and chat for web hosting issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website and email problems, including content management systems like WordPress
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences while addressing pre-sales, sales, and billing inquiries
Required qualifications
- Experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Strong troubleshooting skills for websites and email systems
- Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with web hosting platforms is a strong plus
- A background in customer service or a related tech role is an asset
