Providing exceptional technical assistance, the full-time remote Web Hosting Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve web technology issues for customers through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email/tickets, and chat for web hosting issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced website and email problems, including content management systems like WordPress
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences while addressing pre-sales, sales, and billing inquiries
Required qualifications
