Web Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Web Implementation Consultant will assist with client onboarding, product configuration, and post-go-live support, ensuring successful implementations of various software products.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for Project Managers during customer onboarding, providing training and support
- Consult with clients to understand their website vision and recommend effective web content techniques
- Conduct quality assurance checks on newly built websites and troubleshoot related issues
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in software or website product quality assurance
- Operational knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with JavaScript, API, CSS, and proficiency in HTML
- Experience in Project Management with a strong understanding of customer support
- Bachelor's degree preferred
