Owning and evolving plaid.com as a best-in-class growth engine, the full-time remote Web Marketing Lead will define strategy, drive execution, and build a high-performing team to enhance product discovery, education, and conversion for millions of developers and businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the growth strategy for plaid.com, focusing on performance across various web surfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Build and manage a high-performing web marketing team while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning
- Implement a rigorous experimentation program to optimize conversion, activation, and self-serve growth across the website
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, web marketing, or product-led growth roles with increasing leadership responsibility
- Proven track record of scaling a website as a measurable growth and revenue channel
- Strong leadership experience in building high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in web analytics and A/B testing platforms
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams
