Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive website strategy to improve visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings
• Own website content development, optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance and drive digital innovation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in website strategy development, preferably in banking or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Proven project management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Prior experience managing a team of SEO specialists is a plus
