Web Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Operations Engineer to manage its marketing and content infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain a composable web stack, including Astro, Builder.io, and Sanity
• Ensure site performance, reliability, and SEO best practices are met
• Enable marketing teams to build and publish pages independently while ensuring design governance

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience maintaining Astro applications
• 2+ years of experience with headless CMS platforms
• Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals and performance-tuning techniques
• Experience with technical SEO and structured data
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and consent management platforms
