Web Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Web Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, uptime, and performance of the company website
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and manage web projects
• Analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in web operations, web development, or a related technical field
• Proven experience managing and maintaining websites on Drupal (Drupal 9/10 preferred)
• Strong understanding of Drupal infrastructure, security protocols, and performance optimization
• Demonstrated project management skills; PMP or similar certification a plus
