Web Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day operations and performance of Vasion's public-facing web properties, the full-time Web Operations Manager will work in a hybrid capacity, focusing on technical SEO, conversion rate optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance site performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the health of the web tech stack, including CMS, GA4, and SEO tools, while building and publishing webpages
• Oversee technical SEO initiatives and lead conversion rate optimization programs to enhance user engagement and site performance
• Collaborate with web developers, UX/UI designers, and marketing teams to execute web strategies and maintain the web roadmap

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in web optimization or web operations
• Proficiency in managing content within a modern CMS, preferably headless CMS
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO, including schema, structured data, and on-page optimization
• Experience with web analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
