Web Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Operations Specialist to manage and optimize client websites while supporting the WebOps team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead WordPress migrations and troubleshoot technical issues across various platforms
• Implement performance optimizations and monitor security measures for client websites
• Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and assist in managing junior members

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with WordPress and technical website operations
• Strong understanding of DNS, CDNs, caching, and website architecture
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and ad tracking pixels
• Experience with Cloudflare rules and performance metrics is preferred
