Job Summary
A company is looking for a Web Personalization & Experience Optimization Practice Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and scale personalization and experimentation offerings, including strategy and platform enablement
- Lead client engagements, workshops, and develop end-to-end personalization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute personalized experiences and measure performance
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in digital personalization or digital experience optimization
- Hands-on expertise with Optimizely and Sitecore platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation, audience targeting, and decision logic
- Experience in designing and running A/B and multivariate tests
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred
