Key responsibilities
- Own technical direction for the web platform, translating business priorities into technical strategy
- Stay hands-on in architecture and development, setting a standard for collaborative decision-making
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, focusing on performance management and career development
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of web platform or CMS engineering experience, with hands-on expertise in Sitecore AI
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers
- Strong background in modern headless frontend architecture and deployment platforms like Vercel
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a genuine enthusiasm for using AI in engineering workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
