Web Portal Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Portal Services Representative I to enhance the use of web-based solutions for claims submission, payments, and authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate callers on the benefits of using member and provider insurance portals
• Service members and providers in dental, medical, vision, and physical therapy using the portals
• Document call information accurately and provide feedback on portal issues to internal departments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of customer service experience (Call Center, Provider Relations)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and email)
• Associates degree or 2-year degree in a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
