Web Presence Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end design of Link and Bridge, the full-time remote Web Presence Designer will drive clarity in ambiguous briefs, lead cross-functional collaboration, and develop scalable design systems while ensuring high-quality execution across diverse web surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from strategy through final delivery for Link and Bridge
• Lead collaboration with engineering and other teams to align on project goals and integrate feedback
• Develop and advance design systems and visual standards to ensure scalability and maintainability

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience in web, product marketing, or brand contexts
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft and the ability to lead complex design projects independently
• Proven capability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
• Deep fluency in layout, typography, color, motion, and interaction design
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with component-based design systems
