Job Summary

To support the migration of Marriott Bonvoy Traveler onto the Marriott.com platform, the full-time FLEX Senior Manager, Web Producer will manage daily operations, coordinate content and asset management, and ensure compliance with Global Marketing standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the operational execution of the Traveler website migration, ensuring all requirements and timelines are met
• Coordinate the migration of content and digital assets, ensuring compliance with governance standards and quality throughout the process
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience in web production, digital operations, or content management roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting or executing website migrations on enterprise CMS or large-scale platforms
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and content governance standards
• Experience using project management tools like Jira or Workfront
