Job Summary
Supporting a frontier AI initiative, the full-time Agent Web Specialist for AI Training will design realistic web-search scenarios based on everyday browsing goals, working remotely for a 2-week contractor engagement at 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Create realistic multi-step web scenarios to test AI agents' performance in lengthy search tasks
- Define goals, constraints, decision points, required steps, and expected outcomes clearly
- Follow project guidelines and meet agreed delivery targets
Required qualifications
- Regular Chrome user with strong written English skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompting
- Ability to document clear, logical, multi-step web workflows
- Strong attention to detail and practical judgment
- AI fluency is required; coding experience is not necessary
