Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive web strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives
• Optimize information architecture and user experience to enhance visitor engagement and conversion rates
• Manage web analytics platforms to track performance KPIs and inform strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in web strategy, UX, or digital marketing leadership
• Hands-on experience with Webflow and web analytics (GA4)
• Expertise in user behavior analysis and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report or developer
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and AI-driven content optimization
