Key Responsibilities

• Own the website experimentation program, developing and analyzing A/B tests and other optimization strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web strategy, growth marketing, or digital experience
• Experience managing complex web projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and experimentation methodologies
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and CMS platforms
• Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools like GA4 or Looker Studio
