Web Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Manager, Web Strategy, who will take ownership of the digital portfolio, including four corporate websites, by developing and executing comprehensive web strategies that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and optimize performance through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the web strategy for all corporate websites, aligning with business and marketing objectives
• Design and optimize information architecture and user experience to improve navigation and conversion paths
• Manage web analytics platforms to track performance KPIs and inform strategic decisions for maximum ROI

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in web strategy, UX, or digital marketing leadership, managing multiple complex web properties
• Hands-on experience with Webflow, including knowledge of collection structure and integrations
• Expert-level proficiency in web analytics (GA4) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and AI-driven content optimization
• Experience managing or mentoring team members, including task delegation and performance oversight
