Key responsibilities
- Lead web strategy and development, including site architecture and performance roadmap
- Own GEO and AEO strategy, partnering with content teams to improve AI-generated search results
- Manage conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy using GA4 and behavioral data
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in web development or strategy, with 2+ years in a management role
- Strong technical background in site architecture, CMS platforms, and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Understanding of GEO/AEO principles and structured data for content strategy
- Proven experience in improving conversion rates and site performance using GA4
