Web Technical Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Web Technical Lead will guide engineering execution across client engagements, set technical direction, ensure code quality, and mentor developers, all while integrating AI tools into the workflow, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Chicago or New York.

Key responsibilities

• Guide engineering execution and set technical direction for projects, ensuring delivery is on schedule and technically sound
• Integrate AI tooling into the development process to enhance code quality and efficiency
• Mentor developers and foster a culture of feedback and technical excellence within the team

Required qualifications

• Solid experience leading technical delivery on enterprise-scale projects
• Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Drupal, and/or Sitecore
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code
• Strong foundation in architecture and system design
• Proven ability to mentor and develop technical talent within a team
