Web UX Lead Strategist
Job Summary
Leading digital experience initiatives, the full-time Web UX Lead Strategist will provide strategic direction for Federal client projects, focusing on UX strategy, content organization, and usability improvements while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX and content strategy, including information architecture, navigation, and SEO recommendations for Federal websites
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements for web initiatives and develop design artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes
- Use analytics and usability findings to recommend improvements for digital experiences across various web products
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in UX, content strategy, and web design for public-facing websites
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user-focused design artifacts
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and web content lifecycle management
- Experience with Drupal or similar WCMS platforms and cross-functional collaboration
- Working knowledge of Section 508/WCAG and Federal web requirements
