Job Summary

Combining technical support expertise with Web3 infrastructure knowledge, the full-time remote Web3 Technical Support Engineer will manage customer support cases, troubleshoot blockchain infrastructure issues, and enhance the support experience through collaboration with various teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own customer support cases from intake through resolution, including technical investigation and documentation
  • Troubleshoot blockchain infrastructure issues across RPC endpoints, node availability, and performance
  • Communicate clearly with customers about impact, timelines, and next steps while identifying recurring pain points for improvement
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Strong understanding of Web3 infrastructure, blockchain nodes, and RPC APIs
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting JSON RPC, gRPC, REST APIs, and WebSocket connections
  • Ability to read and interpret logs, metrics, and API responses
  • Strong written English skills for producing concise updates and documentation
