Webflow Developer

Job Summary

Owning the build of a new Webflow property, the full-time or part-time Webflow Developer will manage site architecture, CMS structure, and migration execution while working remotely with the CMO and digital team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure the Webflow site from approved designs, ensuring responsive layouts
• Migrate existing content with clean URL mapping and implement on-page SEO fundamentals
• Execute pre-launch QA across browsers and devices, supporting launch and post-launch fixes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience with a portfolio of launched marketing websites
• Proven experience in website migration, including redirect strategy and SEO preservation
• Strong command of Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience integrating Webflow with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Pardot
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and site performance optimization best practices
