Webflow Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing performance marketing agency, the part-time contractor Webflow Developer will take ownership of production builds, implement CMS architecture, and manage localization for various clients while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Produce pixel-accurate Webflow builds from approved designs, ensuring clean class systems and reusable components
• Design and implement CMS architecture for client teams to maintain sites independently post-launch
• Manage localization efforts, including localized slugs, URLs, and asset localization, ensuring proper inheritance rules are followed

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production Webflow sites with a focus on deep CMS work
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including custom code embeds and DOM manipulation
• Experience with technical SEO fundamentals in Webflow, including redirects, canonicals, and sitemaps
• Knowledge of tracking implementation using GTM, GA4, and ESP integrations like Klaviyo
• A portfolio showcasing live sites built, detailing individual contributions to each project
