Job Summary

Hosting a daily live webinar for current full-pay families, the full-time Webinar Host will engage audiences by interviewing various guests and fostering a genuine connection with the school community in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Host the daily webinar five days a week, maintaining energy and engagement throughout each session
• Conduct interviews with a rotating lineup of guests, extracting compelling stories and insights
• Manage the agenda and content for each session, ensuring consistent delivery and handling live Q&A effectively

Required qualifications

• Proven experience hosting live events, webinars, or shows with a demonstrated ability to engage an audience
• Ability to build a recurring live audience and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation
• Strong on-camera presence that fosters trust and connection with viewers
• Experience in conducting clean, professional interviews that facilitate engaging conversations
• Remote-ready setup with a dedicated workspace, broadcast-quality equipment, and reliable internet connection
