Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Webinar Manager will plan and execute live and on-demand webinars, manage event interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create live and on-demand webinars while meeting project timelines
• Coordinate promotional materials and assist speakers during webcasts
• Manage day-of-broadcast activities and produce post-webinar reports for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital communications strongly preferred
• 2+ years of webinar production experience
• Experience with On24, HTML/CSS, and Photoshop
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Technical adeptness and highly organized
