Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the webinar strategy and content roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Establish performance KPIs and drive continuous optimization through A/B testing
• Lead the integration of technologies and processes to enhance the webinar experience and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of B2C/EdTech marketing experience, with 2+ years managing a revenue-focused webinar program
• Proven expertise in Webinar Program Strategy and MarTech architecture
• Advanced proficiency with marketing systems such as Zoom Webinars and HubSpot
• Ability to use data to drive strategic decisions and program improvements
