Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end execution of the webinar program, the part-time contract Webinar Marketing Producer will manage marketing operations, drive email campaigns, and develop content assets, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute all aspects of webinar operations, from registration to live event delivery, ensuring data tracking and follow-up
- Drive email marketing efforts surrounding webinars, including invites, reminders, and nurturing sequences to enhance attendee engagement
- Create a comprehensive content ecosystem from each webinar, including blogs, on-demand pages, and video assets, while maintaining brand voice
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in marketing operations, content marketing, or a hybrid role at a B2B SaaS company
- Fluency in HubSpot for email, forms, workflows, and reporting
- Proficiency in Webflow for building and editing landing pages
- Experience managing webinars in Zoom, including attendee tracking and on-demand conversion
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices
