Webinar Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Webinar Production Manager responsible for planning and executing webinars and live online events.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate content, schedule, and logistics with event speakers and evaluate content for specific audiences
• Host and moderate webinars and live virtual events, including driving polling and Q&A
• Manage the webinar editing process, including recording, editing, and posting content to archives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or a relevant field of study
• 5 years' experience working in a professional services environment
• Experience hosting or facilitating webinars or other sales enablement/learning initiatives
• Understanding of video post-production techniques utilizing multiple media files
• Strong project and time management skills
