Job Summary

Organized and detail-oriented, the full-time Website Chat Manager will manage live chat setups, optimize website content for a knowledge database, and utilize various software tools while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and manage live chat functionalities on the website
• Load and maintain website information in the knowledge database
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Applications to support daily operations

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience with website management, particularly PHP and MySQL
• Familiarity with Linux optimization
• Knowledge of Airtable for project management
• Ability to post updates on social media platforms
