Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time, 12-month temporary contract position, the Writer, Website Content and Optimization will develop, edit, and optimize website content to enhance user experience and support organizational initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and optimize website content for campaigns, health information, and organizational initiatives
- Create and improve content to align with audience needs and digital experience goals
- Apply UX writing principles to enhance clarity and usability across digital platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, typically requiring less than two years of related work experience
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing website content for diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of UX writing and audience-centered digital communication
- Experience with content management systems, preferably Sitecore
- Knowledge of website content best practices, including accessibility and information architecture
