Job Summary

To support a significant website redesign project, the part-time Website Design Consultant will manage the design, development, and implementation of a user-friendly, accessible website for a nonprofit organization, ensuring it meets the needs of various audiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the redesign of the organization's website, focusing on user experience and accessibility
• Develop information architecture and set up a content management system (CMS) for easy staff maintenance
• Provide documentation and training to staff on managing website content post-launch

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in website design and development, particularly for nonprofit or advocacy organizations
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and accessibility standards
• Experience with content management systems and bilingual website infrastructure
• Portfolio demonstrating successful website redesign projects
