Website Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented and conversion-focused Website Designer on a contract basis, the role will support an ongoing website redesign by translating marketing strategy into polished, high-performing web pages and marketing landing pages, while collaborating closely with the Creative Designer and Product Manager, with an estimated effort of 20-30 hours per week, preferably aligning with East Coast hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design website pages and marketing landing pages from brief to final Figma handoff, incorporating marketing goals and strategy
• Translate overall website goals and conversion strategies into effective visual designs across multiple devices
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while iterating based on feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing websites and marketing landing pages, with a strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level craft
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, and structured file organization
• Proven ability to design for conversion, with experience in creating effective landing pages and user flows
• Experience working within design systems or component libraries
• Strong command of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
